We dispatch Mondays and Tuesdays only, so it doesn’t sit in a warehouse over the weekend. If it does not reach you we send it once only again, without charge. If you don’t get it then, we refund you.

After the first day it loses 3% of its activity a day. So if you are outside Europe, you will lose at least 3% activity. Don’t forget our products go through three activity assays, so we know its fully active before it leaves. If it loses 20% of its activity, its still of excellent quality.
